Citadel announced today seasoned digital marketing and eCommerce leader Philip Faris has joined the company as Vice President, Digital Delivery.
In his new role, Mr. Faris will be charged with leading the implementation of strategies and tactics for the design and content of Citadel’s customer-facing digital channel technologies—including citadelbanking.com, online banking, and its mobile banking applications—used to optimize the digital customer experience.
Mr. Faris has led extensive digital marketing programs for several Internet Retail 500 Companies for the past 12 years, including David’s Bridal, Dell Inc., and DSW Shoe Warehouse.

Mr. Faris comes to Citadel from David’s Bridal where he was responsible for digital marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Prior to David’s Bridal, he led online demand generation and site optimization programs for DSW Shoe Warehouse and its DSW.com platform.
Mr. Faris is a graduate of the University of Arizona, and the University of Texas at Austin where he earned an MBA.
